Return and Refund Policy for Snooze Style - Blankets
Thank you for choosing Snooze Style for your blanket needs. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please carefully review our Return and Refund Policy to understand the terms and conditions.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for blankets within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your blanket must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The blanket should be free from any signs of wear, stains, or damage. Please ensure that the blanket is securely repackaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your blanket for a different color or design, please contact us at siddharth@snoozestyle.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective blanket, please contact us immediately at siddharth@snoozestyle.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement of the item.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, a full refund will be issued.
